Welcome to PromptCatch. By using our browser extension and related services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PromptCatch, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use PromptCatch.

2. License Grant

PromptCatch grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the extension for personal or internal business purposes, subject to these terms.

3. Paid Access and License Keys

• Paid features may require a valid license key issued through Lemon Squeezy checkout.
• License keys are for your own use and may not be resold, shared publicly, or used to bypass purchase requirements.
• PromptCatch may validate license keys with our entitlement service and Lemon Squeezy to confirm plan status.
• If payment is refunded, disputed, or reversed, paid entitlement may be downgraded or revoked.

4. Payments, Taxes, and Refunds

Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record for PromptCatch purchases. Lemon Squeezy handles checkout, payment processing, taxation, and card data handling. Refund terms are described in our Refund Policy.

5. User Data

PromptCatch operates primarily locally on your device for snippet capture and exports. For paid access operations, limited billing and license metadata may be processed through Supabase and Lemon Squeezy. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse PromptCatch, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, or reverse engineer payment and license controls except where applicable law permits.

7. Disclaimer

PromptCatch is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PromptCatch and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with an updated date.
