PromptCatch offers digital products and subscriptions. Due to the nature of digital goods, we generally offer refunds only under specific conditions.

2. Eligibility for Refund

We issue refunds for purchases within 14 days of the original purchase of the product, provided that:

• The product is malfunctioning or not performing as described.
• You have contacted our support team to attempt to resolve the issue.

3. Non-refundable Circumstances
